simply in the provision of project personnel.
What do ITEL do?
ITEL specialises in providing project management services and
solutions to the IT and telecommunications industries. We
have established
backgrounds in IT&T, and use our skills and knowledge of technology
to design and deliver tailored project management solutions to our
clients.
We currently provide solutions to a range
of organisations – some
we work alongside their existing project management personnel, and
some we act as their outsourced project management department.

Ray Goodger – Managing Director Ray is the founder and Managing Director
of ITEL. With over 20 years experience in the IT and telecommunications
industries, he has a background in engineering, consulting,
design, project management and project directorship roles.
Ray is known as a strongly practical and versatile person with
a reputation for speed of execution and technical excellence.
Functional expertise in call centres, network management, software
and system conversion, upgrades and relocations have been numbered
among his work. Prior to forming ITEL, Ray held a number of
senior management roles in the IT&T industry, including
General Manager of Services for Logical Networks (now IBM Global
